Who is BODY for?

BODY is for anyone wanting to deepen their understanding of themselves, their bodies, and of holistic health.

The tools and educational content throughout BODY make it particularly relevant to anyone wanting to learn how to manage their stress, nourish their bodies, and create moments of stillness throughout their lives.

We explore many aspects of health during the monthly live workshops, to inform and educate on a broad range of health issues and imbalances.

Is BODY available internationally?

BODY community is available for international members to enjoy.

How long do I have access to Body content & Community?

You have access to all of the content and offerings in BODY, including the course and live workshops ongoing until you cancel your subscription.

How do I access the content & community?

Once your purchase has been confirmed to join the BODY community, you will be prompted to create a member username and password. Use these details to log into the members area of the website to gain access to the community and the content.

How do I access the online workbook & journal?

The BODY online workbook & journal can be located in the learning space on the members portal. Download the documents onto your laptop desktop for easy access. The workbook has been designed to act as a guide alongside the online lessons to prompt reflection and personal growth.

Can I cancel my access to BODY at anytime?

Yes.

After the first month, you're able to cancel your subscription payments of $15/ month at any time.

Please note that this will cancel your access to the content, including the library of live workshops and the monthly live workshops.

Can I get a refund if I do not enjoy or no longer need access to BODY?

Unfortunately refunds are not available for BODY.
